Part of the research was recently directed to the area of electrochemistry. Studies have been performed of the impact of an electric current to the metal coating in the process of galvanization. By introduction of current sources with high output current dynamics in coating process of complex printed circuit boards has been shown that through proper selection of current pulse parameters a better properties can be achieved, in particular, even coats of copper even at very unfavorable geometrical parameters of the piece. For these achievements authors have received a patent.
